The Acts Page

The Acts Project began as a simple vision seen by John Lord as he entered an old movie theater at S.W. 44th and May in Oklahoma City one fall evening just before dark. It didn't seem like much at first, but the more he thought about it and talked about it to other musicians
and ministers, the more the idea took root in his mind and finally in his heart. Over and over again the words, "That's a great idea" and "You ought to do it.", came back to him as John explained the concept to people in search of a venue for Christian Artists.
Finally the plan began to take shape as several people joined John in praying for and eventually designing the vision that has become known as "The Acts Project".
